Minnesota State Arts Board is now accepting applications
The Minnesota State Arts Board is now accepting applications from artists who would like to be included in its Arts in Education Roster of Artists.
The roster is a listing of literary, visual, and performing artists who are interested in and qualified to conduct residencies in schools and other educational settings. The artists in the roster are chosen through a juried review process based on both their artistic skills and their ability to teach students.
The Arts Board accepts applications from artists who would like to be included in the roster every two years. The next application deadline is June 15, 2006.
The application form and instructions are available on the Arts Board Web site http://www.arts.state.mn.us/aie/index.htm
If you have questions about the roster or the application, contact Amy Frimpong at amy.frimpong@arts.state.mn.us or (651) 215-1607.
